Hopefully Selling!

Above is supposed to be a slideshow of some pictures of our condo and yard. Not sure if it worked. Paul and I decided to try and put our place on the market and look for a house. It is not the best time to sell, but it is a good time to buy a bigger place for less. Lets hope that everything works out. We are waiting to get approved on a 30 yr mortgage and also for our agent to come out and tell us what we should be asking for our place. Then its "show time!"

I'm a little worried about having to leave the house when I have Madelyn, like what if she is napping or just pooped everywhere and the house is a mess? I guess I could always say, "Now isn't a good time," but that would be silly if we have potential buyers wanting to view the condo. I'm sure it will work out ok. We have a couple parks walking distance from our place so I might just put Maddy in her stroller and go to the park. She can nap in the stroller if her crib isn't available :)

So here are all the of the updates we have done to help get ready:
-8 yds of bark, some petunias and lots of weeding
-a new cast iron sink and fancy faucet in the kitchen
-new faucets in bathroom
-new dishwasher
-new blinds
-rented stroage unit to store all of our "clutter"

Not to mention all the stuff we have done over the past 2 years to make this place more appealing. If you know anyone that wants a condo in the plateau area let us know!
