Fun times

This past week I was able to switch my schedule up which was a huge relief on my boredom. I am doing some temporary work (data input stuff) for a company my friend works for. It is nice to get out of the house 3 days a week, plus I get to see her more and we have been "power walking" the mall. I'm sure she wants to go a little faster, but my body needs to ease into that again I think. Once I am done caroling (that starts in less than 2 weeks!) I am going to get a 3 month pass to the pool and start swimming. I think it will feel wonderful to be weightless in the water, and still get some great exercise.

This weekend was nice. We had game night with our friends Kurt and Krista and we played Settlers of Catan. Its a fun strategic game that my brother and his fiancee taught us to play. Then we got to see Paul's family and friends in Port Orchard to welcome home Howard and Bunny from their motorhome journeys. It was really nice to see everybody, especially Paul's cousins (Chris and Dimitra) baby, Alexis. She is around 4 months old and is sooo adorable. It was fun to see Paul hold a baby, what a great guy. Then Saturday night we went to the highschool's production of Macbeth. I love Shakespeare, so it was really fun to see teenagers really get into it. The lead (Macbeth) was incredible, I am very impressed by his acting, plus he is one of Paul's students so its fun when you know the people on stage. Sunday was another long day of rehearsing for Dickens caroling stuff, but it was our last big 4 hour group rehearsal. so, that is a relief! K, off to teach voice lessons....la la la!
