Floods Everywhere!

So, Enumclaw is flooding big time. I am not sure about the two major rivers that we have running through (the Green River and the White River) but I was driving to my last day of work at Old Castle Precast and there were numerous residential roads closed. Also, the fields are literally lakes now. I saw a dog swimming across a field that is usually grazed by dairy cows. Wow. Paul actually had a 2 hour delay to school because of the flooding. I think the buses needed extra time to navigate the roads that aren't closed and still pick up as many kids as possible. I have been staying inside for the most part so I can kick this cold. It is almost gone but I was up most of the night coughing and keeping my poor husband awake. (sorry Paul!) So, lets up the rain stops, because combined with all that melted snow, it is not good for the people out here. I hope their crops for next harvest aren't ruined. Talk to you later!
