The Big Questions

So, our big question is how our kitties are going to react to being dethroned. They have been our babies for almost three years now. To the left is Jasmine, our younger kitty. She likes to lay on her back and watch TV. However, she can be pretty skiddish when she hears loud noises (AKA baby crying). We'll see if she ends up hiding most of the time, or if she gets used to the baby sounds.

Here are a couple pictures of a relaxing Paul holding his babies. They love to be held like babies, it is so funny. Cleo (the fat black cat) purrs so loud I can hear her in the other room.
My only thought with Cleo is that she might be a little too interested. She likes to be around people 24/7 and if she feels left out she will get in your face and push things out of your lap so she can sit there. Its kinda funny, but not when its your dinner or your knitting. :) I have already caught her in the bassinet, but we don't have a crib yet so we don't know if she will jump in there.

Aren't they so sweet? This is usually Jazzy's spot, but Cleo likes to steal the good spots in the house, so they are sharing.

I couldn't resist snappying this photo. I knew the pose would only last a second. Jasmine was minding her own business sitting on the rocker. (This is usually in the baby room, that is what the quilt and pillow are from...pink and brown) Then Cleo started eyeing the rocker and figuring out how she could squeeze up there too. I love how Jasmine refused to move over, so Cleo was stuck in the corner. They started cleaning each other which quickly turned into biting then fighting. Ending with Cleo getting kicked off by Jazz. Score 1 for the little kitty!
If anyone wants pictures of the cats (family, most likely) These are probably the best I have right now, so you can right click on the photo and save it. Then you can print it.
