Rolling Over!!

So, after a mishap with Madelyn's old activity rug we had to start looking into getting a new one. I tried just putting her on a quilt that a friend made for her, but since she is starting to hold her head up and want to play with things we had to get something more stimulating. Yia Yia and Papou got her this awesome fairy princess rug with lights and mirrors and squeakers! She loves it, as you can see. And it is perfect for her new trick: ROLLING OVER!! If we put her on her tummy in the middle she will eventually roll over to one of the sides and it will land right under the hanging toys, so she can play with those too. I can't believe she is rolling over, I'm pretty sure this is the normal time for that sort of thing, but to see your baby do it is just incredible. She is learning so much every day. It is great to have her love this new activity thing so much because I dont' feel bad placing her there while I do laundry or the dishes. She just coos at her princess and froggie. Gotta love it
