Traditions...

First of all, I can't get over Madelyn's eyes.  I know I am a doting Mommy, but wow!  Anyway, I had to try my baptism gown on her to see if it fit.  I was baptized at 5 days old I think, and Madelyn won't be baptized until she is 6 1/2 months old (November 1st).  We are waiting so my brother and his wife would be in town and hopefully her Godfather, Alec.  As of 5 months, it still fits...here's hoping!  I really like it and think it would be a neat tradition to have our babies use it and their babies use it, etc.  Most of the baptisms I have seen the babies are just wearing normal clothes, but I am sorta old school and like traditions.  So, I will post her baptism pictures in November, and hopefully this is what she will be wearing!
