So, I have talked about this sprint triatholon that I am going to do next year, but I haven't actually confronted the idea of running a 5k...I am pretty sure I can do the swim and the biking (still need to actually do them though.) but I seriously haven't run an entire mile without stopping since before Paul and I were married. What is wrong with me! I have been watching The Biggest Loser, and last week's theme was about choices. I realized that every time I try to run, I choose to stop because its too hard, or I can't breathe, or my legs hurt. But there are people in a much more extreme situation than me on that show that run on that treadmill or in a challenge and choose NOT to stop running. So I said.."self...what is up with these stupid choices!" I am super proud to say that in the past week I have run 4 miles (all seperate) without stopping. Poor Madelyn is stuck on the ride with me, but she tolerates it. Sometimes she sleeps through it, it just depends on her nap schedule for the day. Here are some pictures from my last run/walk.
