Summer of the Leak

Well, I think the title of this blog says it all. We have been up to our ears in leaks this summer. The latest leak was discovered by yours truly when I got an itch to start cleaning out my cluttered side under the sink area. Now, Paul's under the sink area was discovered to have a leak about a month ago, and silly us didn't think to check if mine was leaking as well. Well, lo and behold, it was and for quite some time. All of my stuff was yucky wet and moldy (Luckily most of it was junk I haven't used in months.) So, my wonderful husband is out to get some stuff to fix it, we have accumulated quite the set of tools that help with leak problems, so now all he needs is the replacement parts. Here is a break down of our leaks this summer

Random water heater leak-fixed, thanks to our buddy Jay
Refrigerator leak--fixed thanks to guidance from Paul's dad-leaked again--fixed again
Paul's side of the sink leak--fixed by Paul, yahoo!!
Huge disaster with Fridge being accidently shut off while on 8 day vacation (rotten, stinking mess)
My side of sink leak--hopefully fixed within the hour.

You might be wondering why I am sitting at the computer while my wonderful hubby is doing all this. Well, I get a little too eager to help and end up getting in the way, creating unnecessary tension. I'm glad I have learned this lesson early on in our marriage. If he needs me he will ask for my assistance. Alright, that is enough from me.
