Wowsers

Is it April already? What! I feel like just yesterday I was singing "Jingle Bells" in a Victorian costume for rich people at their Christmas parties! Maybe my shock at it being April has something to do with the little girl that is dancing and kicking inside of me. She likes to do that alot. It is a nice reminder that she is still healthy and I dont' have to worry about her, what a sweetheart.

I just got home from staying with my parents. It was nice to not be alone for 3 days. My mom and I both had the same cold, so we commiserated and coughed together. Misery loves company :o) I am on antibiotics now, so hopefully this crazy cough and sore throat will be out of my life and I can be healthy for my little Maddy-pie. That is the nickname I have chosen for her. My mom always called me Annie-cakes (my middle name is Ann) and she is mommy-cakes. So I thought it would be fun to have a mother-daughter nickname with my girl too. Traditions are fun!

Update from Paul's choir tour: Everyone is having a blast. They are down in San Francisco and have already sung at some pretty cool places: Ghiradelli Square, Pier 39, St. Mark's Lutheran, Grace Cathedral and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Tonight they are going to Wicked at the Orpheum Theatre and tomorrow is their fun day singing and playing at Great America (a six-flags theme park). My brother and his fiancee are meeting up with the group for Wicked and Great America, I wish I could be there, but then again, I couldn't go on any rides, and I would have to get up to use the bathroom about 10 times during the musical. So, its all good.

K, gotta make my house pretty for my girlfriends to come over. Bye!
